April 6, 2002 Coyote Point...the wind was gusty (8 to 26 kts) and southwest (side off) and the tide left only 6 inches of water on the inside. Perfect conditions for a first day kiting experience! 3 guys and a kite showed up for a little flying fun. As always...it's a great spectator sport.
